A full tray of meat feeds about 35–40 people, and a half tray feeds about 17–20. Sides, salsas, and extras are sold by the gallon, half-gallon, box, or pound rather than by headcount — tell us your guest count and meat order and we'll help you figure out how much of each side to add.
